10 weeks of age
1) Complete physical exam
2) Consultation on nutrition and behavior
3) FVRCP #1 (feline respiratory viruses and feline distemper)(Booster vaccines 3-4 weeks apart)
4) Blood test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
5) FeLV #1 (Booster vaccines 3-4 weeks apart)
6) Stool exam for parasites and deworming medication for roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm
7) Microchip Identification
8) Flea Control (Advantage-kittens 8 weeks or older, Frontline 12 weeks or older, Advantix)
13-14 weeks of age
1) Brief Physical Exam
2) FVRCP #2
3) FeLV #2
4) Rabies - 1 year
5) Stool exam for parasites +/- deworming medication
6 months
1) Spay or Neuter
Annual Visit
1) Complete physical exam
2) FVRCP (1 year, followed by 3 year)
3) FeLV
4) Rabies- 3 year
5) Stool exam for parasites and deworming medication for roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm
6) Health Screen Blood Test
7) Blood test for FeLV and FIV
