Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital, PC believes in helping you provide quality life-long care for your animals.  To protect your pet and help detect potential health problems early, we have developed different levels of comprehensive life stage health care recommendations.

 

Preventive health care is important to keep your pet healthy.  To protect your pet and help detect potential health problems early, our Wellness Program has up to 3 levels that provide the care your pet will need including unlimited office calls, comprehensive wellness exams, vaccinations, lab tests and a professional dental cleaning option.  Wellness Program services are discounted 10%. 

 

We now offer a Monthly Payment Plan option to help you budget for your pet?s important wellness health care.  There is a one-time activation fee that will not be incurred again if the plan is renewed in one year.  At sign up, you pay only the activation fee and the first monthly payment.

 

Please select from the following for a wellness plan for your pet:

CATS
Kitten Wellness Plan- birth to 1 year of age
Adult Cat Wellness Plan- 1-6 years of age
Senior Cat Wellness Plan- 7 years of age and older

DOGS
Puppy Wellness Plan- puppy to 1 year of age
Adult Dog Wellness Plan- 1- 6 years of age 
Senior Dog Wellness Plan- 7 years and older
