If you have an EMERGENCY, call Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital at (503) 630-3538. We provide an emergency service for our clients because we know how important it is to you that your pet is seen by one of its' own doctors. Often times, the emergency is so critical that an owner may not have time to drive to an emergency clinic in Portland.
For emergencies, there is an additional fee and we ask for full payment at the time of service. First time clients are asked to pay in cash or with a debit or credit card. After 10:00pm, we only see established clients and ask that new clients contact the emergency hospitals listed below.
Our regular office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Emergencies during regular office hours are seen immediately. It is best to call ahead to alert us of the type of emergency so that our staff is prepared for you.
If your emergency is after regular office hours, call (503) 630-3538 to reach our answering service. They will contact the doctor on call. If a doctor is unavailable, call Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Clackamas at (503) 656-3999 or Dove Lewis Emergency Clinic in Portland at (503) 228-7281.
