Additional services your adult dog may need at Wellness Plan 10% discount:

DHLP/Parvo Vaccination Booster – at 1 year then every 3 years                                         

Rabies Vaccination – at 1 year then every 3 years                                                                  

Bordetella Vaccination – if going to boarding kennel, trainer, dog shows, groomer or dog park

Leptospirosis Vaccination – if exposed to waterways, has unsupervised activity in outdoor rural area, used for hunting or other extended outdoor activity, has access to areas inhabited by opossum, skunk,

raccoon, cattle or pigs or not confined to a yard or kennel. Initially a series of 2 shots, then yearly.        

Dental Vaccine - Helps prevent plaque and tartar.  Recommended for dogs weighing less than 25#
