DHLP/Parvo Vaccination Booster - at 1 year then every 3 years                                         

Rabies Vaccination - at 1 year then every 3 years                                                                  

Bordetella Vaccination - if going to boarding kennel, trainer, dog shows, groomer or dog park

 Parasite Prevention                 Roundworm, hookworm, whipworm monthly and tapeworm every 3-4 months

 Flea and Tick Prevention        Monthly

 Heartworm Prevention            Monthly

 Spay or Neuter                        If done breeding or not already done

 Dental Cleaning +/- X-ray        Yearly

 Therapeutic Drug Screen        If on NSAIDs, Phenobarbital, Thyroid, or Diabetes Medication
