Additional services your puppy may need at Wellness Plan 10% discounted prices:

DHLP/Parvo Vaccination - vaccinate every 2-3 weeks until your puppy is 16 weeks old               
Bordetella Vaccination - if going to boarding kennel, training, dog shows, or dog parks

Leptospirosis Vaccination – Series of 2 shots after 12 weeks of age, yearly - if exposed to waterways, has unsupervised activity in outdoor rural area, used for hunting or other extended outdoor activity, has access to areas inhabited by opossum, skunk, raccoon, cattle or pigs or not confined to a yard or kennel.                

Dental Vaccination - Targets the bacteria that create plaque.  Recommended for dogs weighing less than 25#.
