Dawn started at Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital in 2022 as client service representative and is now the client service manager. She has worked in several different types of businesses in the client service and bookkeeping departments, which has often led to management positions.

She lives in Estacada with her husband, Ken. She has one son, Zach. Dawn Likes camping, going to the beach, and spending time with family. She also has an Australian cattle dog named Patch and a Boston Pug cross named Bug.
Dawn enjoys working closely with her client services team to help meet our clients’ needs and also loves “getting to see dogs and cats come into the clinic.”

Nancy started as a client services representative at Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital in February 2023. She enjoys helping clients and is always continuing to learn in the veterinary medical field. Nancy was a stay-at-home mom for years and did part time pre-school and teaching work. Nancy lives in Estacada with her Husband Mike, her 3 girls, Megan, Grace, Emily, and her 2 cats Shadow, and Primrose.

Nancy likes sports- playing and watching, reading, and just hanging out with her girls. With her girls being older, it was time for her to start something different, and look for a profession where she could use her previous office work experience while learning something new. Nancy likes working at a veterinary hospital because of her love for animals and passion for client service.
