Nancy - Client Service Representative

Client Service Manager

Nancy started as a client services representative at Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital in February 2023 and is now the client service manager. She enjoys helping clients and is always continuing to learn in the veterinary medical field. Nancy was a stay-at-home mom for years and did part time pre-school and teaching work. Nancy lives in Estacada with her 3 girls, Megan, Grace, Emily, and her 2 cats Shadow, and Primrose.

Nancy likes sports- playing and watching, reading, and just hanging out with her girls. With her girls being older, it was time for her to start something different and look for a profession where she could use her previous office work experience while learning something new. Nancy likes working at a veterinary hospital because of her love for animals and passion for client service.

Stephanie

Client Service Representative

Stephanie Started as a client services representative at Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital in January 2024. She likes bingo and REFIT. Her husband Todd is an electrician and they have 4 kids: Tyler a wildland firefighter, Dylan a material handler at OEC, Mackenzie a Dutch bros barista and Colby a dog handler.

She also has 3 dogs molly and Henry, who are long haired mini dachshunds and Clover, a yellow lab. Stephanie likes working at Eagle Fern Veterinary hospital because she loves animals.

Client Services Representative

Ashley joined our team in June 2026. She has been in Sandy her whole life. She has had history in client service and HR departments in the past. She played College Volleyball and currently coaches a Club Volleyball Team.

She has a chihuahua who is her entire world and would have a Chihuahua Sanctuary if she could. She is a self-taught artist and has a small business painting pet portraits and window murals. She loves sharing her artwork with people.
